Anonymous Abu-Jabar's book The Language of Baklava such a pleasant memoir. I found out from the book that baklava was first made in Anatolia and Sahlap/Salep is hot starchy drink from dried and ground orchid tubers. It is a cookbook that I tried some of the recipes and enjoyed it.
